1. Customer needs to apply online during the campaign period to be eligible for the Welcome Offer (“Offer”).
2. The Offer is valid from 1^st December 2022 to 31^st March 2023.
3. Welcome Offers mentioned above are not valid in conjunction with any other Welcome Offer(s)/promotions available on Citi Credit Cards.
4. The Welcome Offer is not for customers who have closed a Citi Credit Card within the last 12 months (1 year), or who currently hold a Citi Credit Card.
5. All Credit Cards are approved at the sole discretion of Citibank, N.A., Bahrain Branch (“Citibank”). Approval for a Credit Card application is subject to receipt of complete documentation (in original and), required information to the satisfaction of Citibank, and upon successful verification of the same.

10. The customers will only be eligible for the reward category mentioned below for the product taken and cannot be interchanged with the reward for any other product.

    2. Citi Rewards Credit Card – BHD 15 statement credit
    3. Emirates-Citibank Ultimate Credit Card – BHD 50 statement credit
    4. Emirates-Citibank Gold Credit Card – BHD 15 statement credit

Minimum retail spend requirement:

1. For the new customers approved under this program, the statement credit will be awarded within 60 business days after the 90 day period as a statement credit if the customer is eligible under the spend conditions.
2. Statement credit depending upon the retail spend by the customer in the first 90 days from the date of activation, but not later than 30^th June 2023. To be eligible for the offer, minimum retail spends requirements needs to be fulfilled as per card types:
   1. Citi Premier Credit Card: BHD 600
   2. Citi Rewards Credit Card: BHD 300
   3. Emirates-Citibank Ultimate Credit Card: BHD 1,000
   4. Emirates-Citibank Gold Credit Card: BHD 300
3. Cash withdrawal, payment of AMF, financial charges and bank fees will not be considered as part of the spend criteria specified above. Only retail spend related transactions will be eligible for being considered as eligible spend for this campaign.
4. The customer is not eligible to receive the offer even if they meet the spend criteria but fail to make any minimum payments due against their Card during the 90 days period.
5. Customers shall not be on any payment block to avail the above Offer at the time of offer fulfilment.
