The consumer banking arm of Citi that was launched in 1989, is considered a leader in the local credit card market and is a major provider of personal loans and wealth management products. The Bank currently has 14 ATMs spread across the Kingdom.

In 2015, Citi Bahrain launched its call center which provides services to more than 200,000 customers today in Bahrain and across the region on a 24 x 7 basis. In addition to addressing customer service requests, the call center has a specialized sales fulfillment desk set up to handle customer needs for other products and services that Citi offers.

Citi Bahrain has received 3 prestigious awards in the 2019 Digital Bank Awards Middle East from Global Finance: the “Best Overall Corporate / Institutional Digital Bank” award for the 7th year in a row, the “Most Innovative Digital Bank” award as well as the “Best Information Security and Fraud Management” award for the second year in a row.
