IMPORTANT : Please note that due to the divestiture of Citi Bahrain consumer business and planned migration to Ahli United Bank B.S.C. (“AUB”) systems, effective from 21 May 2023 you will be no longer able to redeem your reward points via Citi Global Rewards platform. During the migration your points will be transferred to AUB and you will be able to redeem your points via AUB loyalty program platform once transition is completed.

Transfer your Citi Miles to participating travel loyalty programs to redeem for flights, hotel stays and more on a 1:1 or better basis, giving you the best conversion rates without being tied down to any given program.

Points requirement stated is based on information available on our partner airlines official website as of April 1, 2015 and is subject to change.

You can also transfer your Citi Miles to one of the below Hotel partners and enjoy free room night stays, room upgrades or dining/ spa vouchers.

How to transfer your ThankYou^® Points to our airline and hotel partners

Select the 'Accounts' tab on the top menu

Select your Citi Premier Credit Card

Click the 'View Rewards' link near the card image

Enter the One Time Password sent to the mobile phone number registered with Citibank and accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed.

Kindly note once the Terms and Conditions have been accepted, you will not need to accept them again and will only need to select 'Continue' to proceed.

Click on 'Travel' from the menu bar and select the 'Points Transfer' option

Fill up the required information for 'Points Transfer' and confirm

You will receive an email stating the details of your redemption request

It may take up to 14 working days to see the miles reflect in your partner loyalty account.

This means you can use your ThankYou^® Points for purposes above and beyond our official partners. Fly for free with any airline or enjoy free hotel stays, ferry trips and more around the world. 10,000 ThankYou^® Points can be redeemed for min. BHD 50 on your travel-related credit card purchases and in multiples of BHD 10 thereafter.

Complete the Cash for Points request form and confirm

Cash for Points request can be made for amounts of BHD 50 or above, at any time within 60 days of your travel related transaction. It may take up to 5 working days for you to see the statement credit reflect on your credit card.
