• Insert your Citi Credit Card into the ATM
• Enter your 4 digit ATM PIN
• Select your preferred language (Arabic or English)
• The next screen will display multiple options, pleas select (credit card payment).
• Insert the cash in the ATM machine. ATM will accept BHD only
• Please confirm the amount displayed on the screen or press add more notes if you want to add extra notes
• The next screen will display the option of "receipt printing" press 'yes' to print the transaction receipt or 'No' to continue without printing the receipt.
• Once your payment is completed please collect your Citi Credit Card.
• Your transaction will be processed the same time.

• Touch the ATM screen or press any key.
• Select your preferred language (Arabic or English)
• The next screen will ask to enter the credit card number, Enter your 16 digit credit card number.
• The ATM will ask you to confirm the last four digits of your credit card number.
• Insert the cash in the ATM machine. ATM will accept BHD only
• Please confirm the amount displayed on the screen or press add more notes if you want to add extra notes.
• The next screen will display the option of "receipt printing" press 'yes' to print the transaction receipt or 'No' to continue without printing the receipt.
• Your transaction will be processed the same time.

Make the payment in cash at any Bahrain Financing Company (BFC) branch One (1) working day before your due date.

Enroll for the direct debit facility from your Bank Account within the Bahrain. This will ensure that your credit card payments are cleared on your credit card's due date. You can conveniently download the direct debit forms from the Download Center, fill in the required details, and mail it to us at :

Or, submit it at any Citibank branch/ Financial centers.

A Direct Debit payment instruction is a financial transaction in which, based on your instruction, Citi will automatically receive the payment towards your Citi Credit card from the registered bank account on the due date. Direct Debit Instructions are normally used for making recurring payments, where the payment amounts vary from one payment to another.

Please ensure to have sufficient funds in your account to pay your credit card’s monthly due. In the event of any shortfall against the statement due, you will be liable for any costs, fees, penalties, charges incurred as per the schedule of charges available on www.citibank.bh. Please also note that the payee’s bank may also apply charges.
